Are you carrying a caseload that leaves little time to do your best clinical work?

Do you want to work somewhere that values your professional judgment and genuinely listens to your ideas?

Would you enjoy being part of a team where collaboration comes before quotas and every clinician is treated with respect?

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, we'd love to meet you.

Make Your Work Meaningful Again

At Pediatric Speech Lab, we believe BCBAs deserve more than unrealistic expectations and endless productivity targets. We believe you should have the time, support, and resources to provide the high-quality care your clients deserve.

We're a growing multidisciplinary practice serving children and families throughout Maryland, including rural and underserved communities. While our mission is centered on helping children reach their full potential, we know that starts by supporting the clinicians who make that possible.

Here, you'll be part of a team where:

• Your clinical expertise is respected.

• Your input is welcomed and valued.

• You work alongside speech therapists, RBTs, and families as true partners.

• Your contributions make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

• Clinical autonomy

• Open and honest communication

• Team collaboration

• Integrity in clinical decision-making

• Respect for work-life balance
