Board Certified Behavior Analyst - SOH IH

BCBAs: Let's Redefine What It Means to Make an Impact

Board Certified Behavior Analyst | In Home- Based ABA Services |

Preference to Houston based candidates

PRN Pay: $55-$65 per hour

You didn't become a BCBA for paperwork. You became one to change lives. At Spectrum of Hope, we get that. That's why we've built a place where clinical excellence and human connection actually matter-and where you'll won't feel like just another cog in the system.

We're looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's as passionate about meaningful outcomes as they are about building trust with families and growing a team of rockstar RBTs.

This isn't a clipboard-and-go kind of job. You'll be mentoring, creating, collaborating-and yes, changing lives every single day.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper

• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs

• Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins

• Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA

• Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision

What We're Looking For:

• BCBA certification (required, of course!)

• Experience working with children or teens with autism

• A heart for families, and a head for data-driven decision-making

• Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care

What You'll Get:

• Supportive clinical leadership-we want your voice at the table

• Opportunities to shape programs and build something that feels like yours

• A culture rooted in respect, integrity, and doing what's right (not just what's easy)

• Bonus structure

Why Spectrum of Hope?

No revolving door. No top-down red tape. Just real people, doing important work-with autonomy, support, and heart.
