Board Certified Behavior Analyst

You got into this field because the work matters to you. The assessments, the plans, the moments when something clicks for a client. That’s what keeps you going.

At Sunnyhill, we’ve built a place where you can focus on that work. You’ll develop behavior support plans, coach and supervise your clinical team, and collaborate with individuals who are counting on your expertise. Your clinical judgment matters here, and you’ll feel that in how we structure caseloads, support supervision, and make decisions.

What It’s Like Here

We know every organization says they have a great culture. But we verify this continually: our RBTs rate their relationships with BCBA supervisors at 3.6 to 3.7 out of 4.0 on internal satisfaction surveys, and that number has held steady across three consecutive quarters.

That kind of consistency takes intention. It means BCBAs here have the time and support to supervise well. It means when something isn’t working, we talk about it and fix it together.

Sunnyhill is an established organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. The work is meaningful and complex. The team around you is experienced and collaborative. And we genuinely care about getting it right for the people we serve.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities.

• Train, coach, and supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and Direct Support Professionals on behavior change procedures, skill acquisition programs, and data collection.

• Analyze data and adjust plans based on what the numbers show.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, psychiatrists, and other professionals to keep care coordinated and person-centered.

• Attend and contribute to client-centered meetings as a core part of each client’s team.
