What you’ll doa.
Oversees sales performance, ensure plans &
strategies are being implemented & achieve.

Oversees & ensure operations performance
& KPI's are achieve.

c.
Oversees & ensures branch are compliant with
the Policies & Procedures.

d.
Implement corrective measures & action plans
for any deviation on the Policies & Procedures.

e.
Implement disciplinary actions for any deviation
or violations of the COC.

f.
Implement cost effective measures in the branch.

g.
Ensure that employees are equipped with proper
& appropriate trainings.

h.
Oversees & ensure that daily sales &
collections are properly handled by assigned personnel.

i.
Oversees timely and accurate submission of
required reports.

j.
Oversees & ensure Policies & procedures
related to Security are being followed & implemented.

k.
Oversees & ensure compliance to OSH policies
and DOLE policies.

l.
Maintain good working relationship with the Port
operators/Arrastre & Government agencies like PPA, PCG, service providers
& other players in the shipping industry.

You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background·
College graduate. IE is preferred or any
management course

Professional Experience·
2-3 yrs experience in Leadership role.
