Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head for a leading bank's Rural Finance Segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving business growth and leading the team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and business activities for the Rural Finance segment.
Drive business growth and achieve assigned targets.
Handle rural finance products, customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.
Lead, manage and motivate the branch team.
Develop relationships with customers and local business communities.
Monitor loan disbursements, collections and portfolio quality.
Ensure timely repayment follow-ups and control delinquency.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor branch profitability and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Prior banking experience is mandatory.
Experience in Rural Finance / Rural Banking is preferred.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Good understanding of rural lending, credit and collections.
Strong sales, business development and customer relationship skills.
Ability to manage targets and drive branch performance.
