Brand And Growth Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Manager, Brand and Growth to join a Tallinn-based AdTech company providing white-label, server-side infrastructure that enables publishers, ad networks, and performance agencies to run their own branded advertising exchanges. The company operates infrastructure across the US, EMEA, and APAC and works with a strong focus on automation and AI.

In this role, you will be the company’s primary marketing function, working directly with the Founder and CEO. You will own brand positioning, content, social media, inbound demand generation, PR, community, events, and new market entry. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with significant freedom to build marketing processes and use AI to increase efficiency.

Your Duties

• Develop and execute the company’s overall brand and marketing strategy.

• Create clear, compelling content for technical B2B audiences, including case studies, comparison pages, integration explainers, launch announcements, sales materials, and website content.

• Research the AdTech industry, including technical documentation, market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and work with the CEO to develop their personal profile and thought leadership.

• Build and maintain a consistent social media content strategy and measure its performance.

• Manage inbound lead generation, landing pages, forms, lead routing, CRM hygiene, and nurture sequences.

• Ensure demo requests and other inbound leads are followed up effectively and do not go cold.

• Build relationships with trade publications, podcasts, industry newsletters, and relevant communities.

• Coordinate PR activities, podcast and panel opportunities, and industry events.

• Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.

• Support the company’s entry into new markets and buyer segments by developing and executing market-specific marketing initiatives.

• Work directly with the CEO and internal technical teams to understand the product and translate complex concepts into effective marketing communication.

• Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes using AI and other digital tools.

• Design and implement research, content, lead-generation, and workflow automation systems.

• Manage projects, freelancers, external partners, and marketing systems as required.

• Continuously test, measure, and improve marketing activities based on performance and business objectives.
