Why This Role Exists:

We have demand, traffic, and products that work. What determines how easily that demand keeps growing is whether people recognise, understand, and trust Decode Age before they ever see a performance ad. This role exists to build that recognition deliberately - so every visual, message, and interaction adds up to a brand people already know, long before they hit our funnel.
