Brand Manager

Clinical / Premium Skincare - D2C Beauty

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing clinical performance skincare brand entering the market through a phased D2C launch. This is an execution-first Brand Manager role. The brand's vision, voice, and creative direction are already defined by the client's leadership - your job is to run it, protect it, and make it convert. You will be the operational owner of how the brand shows up and sells online, every single day.

What You'll Own - Execute, Don't Author :

• Run the day-to-day Shopify storefront: product pages, collections, launch drops, offers, and inventory sync.

• Understand the full D2C funnel - traffic - product page - cart - checkout - repeat purchase - and know exactly where customers drop off and why.

• Partner with performance marketing on landing pages and conversion.

• Own the numbers: conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, and retention.

Social Media & Engagement :

• Execute the content calendar and publishing in the brand's existing voice.

• Drive real engagement - replies, DMs, community, UGC.

• Brief and manage creators / influencers against direction given.

• Read analytics and adjust execution to what actually performs.

Website & Brand Consistency :

• Keep the website accurate, fast, and on-brand as products launch in phases.

• Guard one coherent voice across packaging copy, product pages, and social.

• Coordinate PR, design, and product teams so every launch lands clean.

Must-Haves - Non-Negotiable :

• Hands-on D2C / e-commerce experience - ideally Shopify.

• Proven social media management with real engagement results.

• Website / CMS management and comfort with analytics - Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Insights.

• Sharp written English and an eye for premium aesthetics.
