Role Overview

We are rapidly expanding our global footprint and are looking for a culturally wired, hands-on Brand Partnerships & Content Growth Manager to grow our brand presence and organic user growth across North America.

Our photo and beauty apps serve a predominantly female audience. Your core mission is to bring the right brands into that experience through co-branded campaigns, cross-brand resource exchanges and native in-app collaborations that spark cultural resonance, get people talking and drive organic growth among Gen Z and Millennial users.

In the early stage, you'll work closely with the team lead to execute well-defined partnership plans, with room to shape your own ideas over time.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Launch Co-Branded Campaigns: Turn partnership plans into live campaigns, from partner alignment and timelines to creative assets, in-app placements and launch.
• Drive Cross-Brand Resource Exchanges: Coordinate value swaps with beauty, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment brands, such as in-app exposure, co-created filters and templates, joint social campaigns and events.
• Co-Design Native In-App Collaborations: Work hand-in-hand with partners on exclusive filter or effect collections, IP crossovers and joint social moments that feel natural, creative and highly shareable.
• Build Our Local Marketing Network: Develop relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies, creators and media partners across North America, primarily in the US.
• Amplify via Creator Networks: Partner with our internal Growth Team to weave partner brand stories into creator briefs, UGC (user-generated content) pools and our regional social media content.
• Own the Project Timeline: Coordinate external partners, creative agencies and our internal Product, Design, Legal and Operations teams so that localized assets and features launch on schedule.
• Measure What Matters: Track post-campaign metrics such as referral traffic, user engagement and organic acquisition, and use the results to refine future partnerships.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in brand partnerships, co-marketing or brand marketing at consumer brands, beauty, fashion or lifestyle companies, or consumer apps.
• Proven Execution: A track record of launching co-branded campaigns or cross-brand collaborations in the North American market.
• Local Network: Existing relationships with brands, agencies or creators in North America, and the drive to grow them.
• User Sensitivity: A real feel for what female consumers love in beauty, photo and video content, plus an instinct for western internet culture, trends and platform habits.
• Strong Executor: Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple partners and deadlines at once. You care about partnerships that don't just look great but actually move the needle.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Experience with beauty, fashion or photo/video apps

Location: Palo Alto, CA (hybrid) preferred
