Full description
The Business Analyst will act as the key interface between stakeholders and the project team. He/she will be responsible for gathering information, documenting processes, and confirming final documents with users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create detailed analyses of business processes, workflows and systems
- Outline related problems, opportunities and solutions
- Gather and document requirements and report these back to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to requirements and are fit for purpose
- Raise risks and issues with the project team and escalate to the Business Transformation Head where necessary
- Ensure stakeholders understand and are aligned with changes to systems and/or processes
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Adept in Data Management & Analytics, Technical Documentations, and Stakeholder Management
- Must have background/experience in ERP, Financial/Business Systems, or Enterprise Applications
