Business Analyst - Corporate Banking Domain

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Corporate Banking expertise and exposure to AI/ML-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, gather requirements, and support the delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking stakeholders.

• Work on AI/ML, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within the banking domain.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Support UAT, stakeholder management, and project implementation activities.

Required Skills :

• 7 - 10 years of Business Analysis experience.

• Strong experience in Corporate Banking (Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Payments, etc.).

• Exposure to AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation projects.

• Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
