Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from users and translate them into clear functional descriptions.
- Assist in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and system workflows.
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, especially in systems involving operational data, sensors, forms, monitoring, or multi-agency workflows.
- Validate information with SMEs and ensure requirements are complete and consistent.
- Support documentation of data flows, integration points, and user roles.
- Prepare diagrams and simple modelling outputs for review.
- Work with senior analysts and developers to clarify workflows and logic.
