About the role

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes related to billing, customer management, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Design and propose solutions that align with business goals, ensuring feasibility and scalability

Map current business processes and identify areas for process optimization within the BSS domain

Develop process models and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution

Define test cases and scenarios to validate that solutions meet business requirements

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

5+ years working as a Business Analyst in the telco industry

Experience in Customer Relations Management (CRM)
