Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on functional experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud to support a global Tenders & Contracting platform.
Mandatory Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud functional experience.
- Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD and user story creation.
- Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
- UAT planning, test cases and defect management.
- Salesforce configuration knowledge (Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules).
- API / System Integration knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good to Have: Informatica Cloud, Pharma/Life Sciences domain, Tender & Contract Management experience.
