Taking ownership of your tasks and executing them comes naturally to you.

You are accountable and approach your work with a can do attitude. You know that not every problem can be solved alone, so you are comfortable turning to your colleagues, sparring on tricky cases, and finding the solution together. The team consists of 5 close colleagues, plus close cooperation with our development team and colleagues from other business units around the world.

We imagine you have the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Proven experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Continia solutions.

• Experience in the payments area.

• Experience in finance, or a basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping processes, is desirable, though not a requirement.

• A keen interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.

• A structured way of working, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and to collect and convey requests and ideas for new product features.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills, as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

A note from your manager:

"We are a global team made up of people from different countries. Many of us are based in different locations, but thanks to our daily interactions with the teams, we all feel part of the team.

We have fantastic partners who sell our products and implement them for customers, but even these partners sometimes need support. We are, in fact, also part of Continia’s success story, as our partners enjoy communicating with us and appreciate receiving prompt and expert assistance.

If you cannot solve a problem on your own, your colleagues are there to help, and together you find a solution for the partner. Thanks to our experience, we can also contribute to further product development by writing user stories in DevOps, which are then implemented by the development department. The products, and we ourselves, are constantly evolving, so it is never boring."
