Bulk Sales Partner (Organic Compost & Frass)

About the Company

An early-stage AgriTech company developing innovative biological solutions to improve soil health, increase crop yields, and reduce reliance on chemical inputs.

The company works at the intersection of agriculture, science, and sustainability, developing biological fertilizers and agricultural solutions that support farmers and agribusinesses in building more productive and resilient farming systems. With operations in Thailand and a growing presence across Southeast Asia, the company is expanding its commercial partnerships and agricultural distribution network.

The company has recently established a joint venture with a food waste processing and insect protein company to produce organic compost and insect frass fertilizer. Operating from a production facility in Lopburi, the partnership aims to scale fertilizer production to 1,000–2,000 tonnes per month, with plans for additional facilities over the next 1–2 years.

About the Role

We're looking for a Bulk Sales Partner – Organic Compost & Frass to drive B2B sales of organic fertilizers and compost to large-scale agricultural businesses across Thailand.

This is a results-driven sales role focused on identifying bulk buyers, developing new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and securing large-volume, repeat orders.

You'll work closely with the commercial and production teams to coordinate product trials, pricing, deliveries, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has an established network within Thailand's agricultural industry, proven experience selling bulk agricultural inputs, and the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
