- Research organizations, facilities portfolios, leadership structures, strategic initiatives, and potential business drivers
- Identify opportunities where an organization's current approach to water damage response creates operational, financial, or risk challenges
- Prospect consistently through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, conferences, associations, and referrals
- Establish relationships with senior decision-makers including Presidents, CFOs, COOs, AVPs, VPs, Directors of Facilities, Campus Operations leaders, Risk Management, Housing, and other key stakeholders
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for R2R
- Conduct discovery conversations that uncover the organization's current response model, challenges, costs, risks, and decision-making process
- Develop opportunities from the initial conversation through a qualified sales opportunity and handoff/close strategy
- Help prospects understand the business implications of the first few hours following a water event
- Position R2R as an operational strategy rather than simply an equipment purchase
- Understand the customer's current restoration, facilities, insurance, risk-management, and procurement processes
- Build a compelling business case around reduced downtime, reduced property loss, operational continuity, and greater internal response capability
