Business Development Manager – Data Centers (ASEAN)

Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager – Data Centers (ASEAN) will lead the strategic growth of the company's fire detection and fire suppression business across the ASEAN data centre sector.

This role is focused on winning new business, developing strategic relationships, influencing specifications, and positioning the company as a preferred fire protection partner for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data centre projects across Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will understand the ASEAN data centre ecosystem, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, including developers, owners, consultants, contractors, and operators, and be capable of managing complex cross-border technical sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an ASEAN growth strategy focused specifically on the data centre vertical, prioritising key Southeast Asian markets.
• Drive sales of both fire detection and fire suppression solutions into new-build and retrofit data centre projects.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise operators, and developers.
