The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.

You'll be the commercial owner of a brand-new product entering the market. That means building demand from the ground up, opening the right doors, and turning early interest into signed business, primarily across the Japanese market.

We're an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent AI Mosaic in business conversations, find the demand, and convert it into real revenue.

This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.

What You Will Do

• Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.

• Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.

• Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.

• Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.

• Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.

• Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.

• Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.

• Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.

• Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
