Founding Business Development Representative - DACH

All Gravy is the AI-native people operating platform for hospitality and retail. 🥞

We're modernising how frontline teams work, replacing scattered tools and outdated systems with a single app that's actually built for the way people work & socialise today. Our AI Colleague gives staff instant answers & executes day-to-day tasks, freeing up managers to focus on people & customers instead of paperwork. We work with some of the most exciting brands in hospitality and retail, including Gail's, L'Osteria, Dishoom, Pizza Pilgrims, Ottolenghi, Q8 and 7-Eleven. Today over 2,000 restaurants and stores trust us to run their teams.

We've grown 10x in two years and are accelerating into new markets. Our team spans a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds, united by one mission: to create better work lives for the 80% of the world that do not sit behind a desk. If you want to work in an AI-first environment, help redefine how work is done in an industry, and be part of a team that's changing an entire industry, we'd love to have you on board. 🚀

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative for the DACH market who wants to build a real career in sales, not just hit a quota. We want someone who picks up the phone without hesitation and runs a sharp discovery that creates genuine value for prospects and your AEs. You'll drive smart, targeted outbound into mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands. As you grow, you'll take on full SMB cycles too, owning the deal from first touch to signing contract. This is a place where people are built into great sellers. For someone ambitious, this is a genuine opportunity to be a founding BDR for the DACH market and support building All Gravy in Berlin.

🎯 What You Will Do

Control outbound with intent:

• Work from pre-built, qualified lead lists and prioritise personalised outreach over volume.

• Run multi-channel plays across phone, email, and LinkedIn with clear hypotheses.

• Lead value-driven discovery to map pains and stakeholders.

🙌 You'll thrive here if you

• Have prior commercial experience (1-2 years).

• Cold calls are your specialty.

• Discovery-first mindset: smart questions, active listening, clear value.

• Fast and fearless on the phone: first to respond, first to win.

• Owner mentality: structured, coachable, resilient, positive.

• You speak natively German and excellent English, and are based in Berlin.

💎 Why All Gravy

• Grow fast, for real. We promote from within, move quickly, and give you real responsibility from day one.

• A culture that actually develops you. Honest feedback, active coaching, and the autonomy to experiment. We invest in you because your growth is our growth.

• Work that matters. Your work will directly impact the daily lives of millions of frontline workers.

• You'll work with people who've built, scaled, and won. Ex-founders, operators, all here because they want to do it again, bigger.

🙌 Ready to roll? Curious, competitive, kind? Apply, even if you don’t tick every box. Attitude and growth mindset matter. Let’s build the future of frontline work together.
