Business Development Representative (BDR)

Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time

Ready to sell into global markets and build a serious career in B2B sales?

At SecureIQ, we connect high-performing sales talent with ambitious B2B companies across Australia, New Zealand, the US and UK.

We’re selective about who joins our network. We look for salespeople who can communicate confidently, handle objections, create opportunities and consistently deliver results - and connect them with companies where they can make a real impact.

Beyond the placement itself, you’ll have access to ongoing support, training and a growing community of high-performing sales professionals.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who knows how to turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities.

This isn't a role where you'll simply work through a list of leads.

You’ll own the outbound process - researching prospects, reaching decision-makers, running cold outreach, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings with senior stakeholders.

You’ll work directly with an established B2B company with the tools, lead intelligence and sales infrastructure you need to perform.

Your target: consistently generate qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.

For someone who performs, there is significant room to grow - both in earning potential and into more senior sales opportunities.

If you're confident on the phone, know how to create opportunities from outreach and want your performance to directly influence what you earn, we want to hear from you!Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, BDR or lead-generation experience
• A proven track record of calling and booking qualified sales appointments
• Confidence speaking with business owners, executives and senior decision-makers
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
• Comfortable working to clear KPIs and revenue targets
• Self-motivated, competitive and accountable for your own performance
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote-working setup
