Business Development Representative (IT Services)

##
Location: Milwaukee,Wisconsin,United States

Stamm Technologies is a leading provider of outsourced IT services for small and mid-sized businesses. We’re known for our human-first approach, vendor neutrality, and our culture of “Doing Whatever IT Takes.” Our mission is simple: help clients achieve their goals through technology while delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

We're not looking for an order-taker or an inbound responder. We need a hunter. Someone who wakes up thinking about their pipeline, picks up the phone without being asked, and owns a room at a networking event.

This role is built on two pillars: outbound prospecting and community presence. You'll be the face of Stamm Technologies in the market — cold calling, working your network, showing up at local events, and turning conversations into qualified opportunities for our leadership team to close.

If rejection fuels you, relationships energize you, and you measure your day by dials made and doors opened, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

• Own a high-volume outbound prospecting cadence (calls, emails, and LinkedIn) with zero excuses.
• Represent Stamm Technologies at local networking events, chambers, BNI, and industry groups — and actually work the room.
• Build and nurture a personal referral network that generates a steady flow of warm introductions.
• Identify and research target prospects that fit our ideal client profile.
• Manage outreach activity and pipeline in CRM — if it's not logged, it didn't happen.
• Hand off qualified appointments to leadership with context and confidence.
• Learn our offerings deeply enough to earn a prospect's curiosity in 30 seconds.
• Hit and exceed weekly/monthly activity targets — appointments booked, events attended, referrals generated.

What We’re Looking For

• Hunter mentality: You don't wait for leads. You build your own pipeline from scratch.
• Cold call confidence: You pick up the phone (repeatedly) and you're good at it.
• Networking champion: You're plugged in to the local business community or you know how to get there fast. You follow up, you show up, and people remember you.
• Charismatic communicator: Strong phone presence, natural rapport-builder, comfortable in any room.
• Self-motivated & accountable: You set your own pace and you own your numbers.
• Resilient & competitive: "No" is data, not defeat.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive base salary.
• Performance-based incentives for qualified appointments booked, with additional bonuses for appointments that convert to new business.
• Clear targets and a transparent structure built to reward results. The more you hunt, the more you earn.

What We Offer

• Training and support to learn our industry and offerings.
• A culture built on Core Values: Tenacity, Adaptability, Hospitable, Value Creator.
• Budget and support to get active in the local networking community.
• Opportunity to grow with a company that’s scaling aggressively.

Why Join Stamm Technologies?

• We’re not your typical IT firm, we’re human-first, vendor-neutral, and obsessed with client success.
• You’ll be part of a team that goes above and beyond for clients (yes, even flying out last-minute to save the day). You'll have the backing of a strong brand, a reputable team, and leadership that wants to see you win.
