About YARANDIN
YARANDIN is an AI-first software development and automation company working with startups and SMBs worldwide.
We build and scale SaaS and web products, AI solutions, business automation and integrations, while keeping strong expertise in classic custom development and DevOps.
We are a lean team of 30+ specialists and prefer practical solutions, direct communication and measurable business results.
What you'll do
Your main focus will be working with qualified opportunities from Upwork and other channels and turning them into deals.
This is not a manual bidding position — lead sourcing and bidding are handled separately.
You will:
Qualify incoming opportunities and research potential clients;
Take over communication with promising leads;
Run initial discovery calls independently;
Understand business needs, scope, budget and timeline;
Prepare initial commercial proposals and coordinate estimates with our PM/technical team;
Manage follow-ups, negotiations and opportunities in CRM;
Develop partnerships and referral relationships;
Explore and test new acquisition channels: platforms, communities, networking events, agency partnerships, etc.;
Systematize sales and partnership activities and track their results.
What we expect
2+ years in B2B IT Sales / Business Development;
Experience selling software development, AI/automation or related technical services;
Good understanding of Upwork mechanics and agency accounts;
Ability to run qualification and discovery without bringing a developer to every call;
Understanding of SDLC, MVP development and basic software architecture;
Experience with commercial proposals, estimates and negotiations;
Upper-Intermediate+ English;
Ownership, initiative and strong follow-up discipline.
Tools
Experience with CRM, Upwork, Trello, Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Workspace and modern AI/research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude etc.
You don't need to know every tool — you need to be comfortable figuring things out.
What we offer
Base salary + strong commission tied to results;
Additional bonuses for closed deals;
Existing lead sources and processes — you're not starting from zero;
Direct access to founders, PMs and technical specialists;
Freedom to test and develop new sales channels;
Remote work;
Paid vacation and sick leave.
We are a small team, so this isn't a role where your job ends with “I booked a call.”
We need someone who can pick up an opportunity, understand it, move it forward, involve the right people when needed — and turn it into business.
