Business Development Specialist (Junior/Senior)Location: Subang Jaya

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the logistics and courier industry

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across SME and corporate accounts

• Develop customized logistics solutions based on client business needs

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client presentations to negotiation and deal closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth and customer retention

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and effective solution delivery

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs while preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support overall business expansion and revenue growth

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of business development / sales experience

• Must come from logistics service providers, including:

• Courier / Express Delivery

• Air Freight

• Freight Forwarding

• Parcel Delivery

• Supply Chain / Logistics Solutions

Skills & Expertise

• Strong B2B sales and account acquisition experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Good understanding of logistics operations and service offerings

• Ability to identify customer pain points and propose commercial solutions

Preferred Profile

• Existing network within logistics-related industries is an added advantage

• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
