Business Product Analyst

Qualifications:Required

• 2–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, sales operations, technology enablement, or similar roles

• Experience supporting digital tools, platforms, or workflow‑based systems

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional partners

• Familiarity with sales or business workflows (e.g., CRM, quoting, proposals, productivity tools)

• Hands‑on experience applying product delivery or change models (e.g., CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci) to support backlog preparation, sprint execution, and release readiness

• Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment while managing competing priorities

Preferred

• Experience supporting new product capabilities through testing, validation, or rollout activities

• Demonstrated contribution to pilots or releases, supporting user testing, feedback synthesis, and readiness efforts

• Working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365) and how capabilities integrate into seller workflows

• Completion of relevant certifications or equivalent hands‑on experience in product, Agile, process improvement, or change management
