We are building experienced Business / Quality Assurance Analysts to support active and incoming client engagements across multiple industries. If you have a solid background in requirements documentation, test planning, and defect tracking, we want to hear from you.
What the Work Looks Like
Depending on the engagement, Business / Quality Assurance Analysts typically work on:
- Studying business functions to define operational objectives and output requirements
- Reviewing current practices and recommending system improvements
- Writing Functional Specification Documents and Business Requirement Documents
- Building workflow charts and diagrams that map system capabilities
- Creating requirements-based test plans and providing estimates for planning
- Executing tests on schedule and tracking defects to closure
- Conducting ad hoc analysis on operational issues and proposing alternate solutions
- Documenting and communicating test plans, results, and sign off documents
What We Look ForMust Have:
