The future you want is within reach. Let's build it together.
At PCL Constructors Inc., part of the PCL Family of Companies (PCL), we don't just build projects -- we build opportunities, careers and communities. We are 100% employee-owned, every employee has a stake in our success, and that shared commitment drives how we work, grow and lead in the construction industry.
We're a team of builders who care deeply about what we create and who we build with. That includes you. We are not only shaping the future of construction, we are also committed to shaping the future of your career.
This is not a traditional Business Systems Analyst role focused on maintaining an existing application. You'll be part of a team building and evolving a custom industrial construction ERP that will help shape how PCL plans, executes, tracks and delivers some of its most complex projects.
The platform brings together critical industrial construction processes such as workface planning, production tracking, quality, materials management, document control and turnover. Your work will help determine how those processes connect, how information moves between teams and systems, and how project teams understand what is happening in the field.
The scale and impact of this work are significant. The decisions you help make will influence how people across PCL's industrial projects plan work, manage materials, track installation and quality, understand progress, coordinate across disciplines and ultimately turn completed work over to our clients. You'll work directly with the people who build our projects, understand the challenges they face and translate those needs into practical digital solutions. This is an opportunity to help build more than software. You'll help establish the digital foundation that supports how PCL delivers industrial construction.
