C# Lead Software Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced C# Lead Software Engineer AI Analyst with strong expertise in C#, REST APIs, Microservices, and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ/Kafka.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable backend applications and leading technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Design event-driven solutions using RabbitMQ and/or Apache Kafka.

• Lead technical design, development, code reviews, and implementation activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive performance and reliability improvements.

• Follow software engineering best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills :

• 6 to 10 years of experience in software development.

• Strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET.

• Experience developing REST APIs.

• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and/or Apache Kafka.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in a technical lead role is preferred.
