Cafe Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, along with excellent team management skills. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cafe runs smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing team members.
