Campaign Sales Associate

For those who want to start a career in sales with proper training, rather than being left to figure everything out alone.

Professional Conversationalist — Turn Conversations Into a Career

If you want to start a career in sales, the first thing you need is not an impressive title. You need proper training, clear expectations, and a team that helps you improve from day one.

This role is for someone who wants to build practical sales skills, not someone looking for a short-term role.

What You Will Do

• Represent major brands professionally and explain products in a clear, simple way

• Learn how to start conversations, qualify interest, and guide customers through the next step

• Follow campaign guidelines and ensure customer information is recorded accurately

• Review your performance with your leaders and work on specific areas for improvement

Training and Support

You will be trained on product knowledge, customer approach, objection handling, communication, and sales process. You will also learn by observing experienced consultants and receiving feedback after real customer interactions.

The goal is to help you understand what good sales practice looks like, apply it consistently, and improve through a structured approach.

Career Progression

As your performance becomes more consistent, you may take on more responsibility within the sales team, including guiding newer consultants, supporting campaign execution, and preparing for senior or leadership-track roles.

Who We Are Looking For

• Clear communication skills and willingness to speak with new people

• A positive learning attitude and openness to feedback

• Discipline to follow standards and improve through practice

• Professional conduct when representing client brands

• A genuine Interest in building a long-term sales career

Why This Role May Fit You

You will suit this role if you want a sales environment where training, standards and progression matter. You do not need to have everything figured out before joining, but you must be ready to learn, practise and take ownership of your growth.
