Care & CompassionYou will support residents with their day‑to‑day personal care needs, including washing, dressing, eating, drinking and mobility. You will take the time to understand each individual, offering kindness, patience and empathy while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
CommunityYou will help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel safe, valued and at home. By building trusting relationships and encouraging social interaction, you will help foster a strong sense of belonging and connection within the home.
IntegrityYou will act with honesty and professionalism, following care plans accurately, respecting confidentiality and raising concerns when something doesn’t feel right. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to clear, open communication within the team.
ExcellenceYou will be committed to delivering consistently high standards of care. This includes contributing to the development and review of individual care plans, recognising changes in residents’ needs, and striving to continuously improve the quality of support we provide.
