TreeHoppers: Pro Shop Cashier Position

Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced role at the center of the action? Do you enjoy being part of a friendly team that values excellent customer service and teamwork?

Join TreeHoppers, the largest aerial adventure park in Central Florida, as a Pro Shop Cashier. Our pro shop is the hub of activity at TreeHoppers, where guests check in for their climb, grab ice cream, pizza, snacks, and drinks, and shop for gifts and climbing gear. This is a great opportunity to build valuable point-of-sale and guest-service skills and be the friendly face that welcomes guests before their adventure and thanks them after.

• Confirm that every climber and spectator has a completed waiver, including a parent or guardian signature for guests under 18
• Sell 3-Hour Climb and Little Lemur's Course tickets at the door, and explain the age requirements for each ticket
• Recommend upgrades and add-ons, such as unlimited bottled water wristbands, climbing gloves, and memberships
• Serve ice cream, pizza, snacks, and drinks quickly and with a friendly attitude
• Check ID for every alcohol sale, sell one drink per ID at a time, and never sell alcohol to guests who are about to climb
• Process sales accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments with care and providing correct change
