Casino Retention Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to inactive players

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns tailored to the German market

• Develop segmented and personalized player journeys to increase retention

• Monitor player activity and identify opportunities for reactivation and upselling

• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights

• Stay informed on regulatory requirements and ensure all communications are fully compliant

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep our retention strategies innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Fluent German speaker (written and spoken)

• Strong command of English (working language)

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing—ideally in iGaming

• Data-savvy: comfortable with KPIs, campaign performance tracking, and segmentation logic

• Passion for online gaming and understanding of casino player behavior
