💰 EARNING POTENTIAL

Top 20% of Phoenix Terminal OTR drivers average $1,650 per week.

• Experience-based pay

• Average 2,000 miles per week

• Top 30% run 2,300–3,000+ miles per week

• Average length of haul: approximately 400 miles

• Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive Bonus

• $12.50/hour detention pay after 2 hours

• $100/day layover/breakdown pay

• OTR company driver position

• 6 months CDL-A experience required

• Flexible home time based on your needs

• Recommended schedule: 12 days out / 2 days home

• 100% no-touch freight

• 50–60% drop & hook

• 40–50% live unload

• No forced NYC dispatch

• Never required to deliver into New York City or the five boroughs

• All 48 states

• Most freight runs east of I-35

• Dispatch designed around available freight, safety, and productivity

🚚 2021+ EQUIPMENT

Drive late-model equipment, including:

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia

• 2021 or newer Kenworth tractors

• Automatic transmission

• Well-maintained OTR equipment

💵 DRIVER TRAINER OPPORTUNITY

Experienced drivers can increase their earnings by becoming a driver trainer.

Trainer Pay:

• Guaranteed $250/week while training

• Additional $0.05 CPM on miles over 1,875/week

• Up to $400 Safe Student Bonus per student upgrade

• Potential to earn $20,000+ additional income annuallyTrainer Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year OTR experience

• At least 30 days employed

• Safe driving record
