Channel Development Manager MEA (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Channel Development Manager MEA to grow and strengthen our partner ecosystem across the MEA region.
In line with our MEA growth strategy, you will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy in MEA. This includes managing our Distribution Modell as well as identifying, developing and managing strategic channel partners, with a particular focus on building new partnerships and turning them into scalable sources of pipeline and business growth.
You will act as the key connection between our partners and internal Sales, Marketing and other teams, ensuring strong local partner engagement and consistent execution.

Ideally, you are available to work on a B2B contract basis, although other employment models may be possible.

• Identify, engage and onboard new strategic partners across the MEA region.
• Develop high-potential partners such as QBS, Tjeed and other relevant regional partners into productive, long-term relationships.
• Create and execute joint business and go-to-market plans with partners.
• Drive partner-generated and partner-influenced pipeline and business growth.
• Build strong relationships with key commercial and executive stakeholders within partner organizations.
• Enable partners to effectively position and sell the Matrix42 portfolio.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop joint opportunities, campaigns and market activities.
• Maintain a clear view of partner opportunities, pipeline, priorities and performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships into additional markets or customer segments.
• Negotiate and manage commercial partnership arrangements together with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Represent Matrix42 at partner meetings, industry events and relevant regional activities.

• You are based in the MEA Region and willing to travel within the region as well as to Europe.
• Strong experience in channel, partner development or indirect sales, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, IT services or a related technology environment.
• Proven experience identifying and developing new partners, not only managing established relationships.
• Good understanding of partner business models and how to build commercially successful partner relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate partnerships into measurable pipeline and growth.
• Experience working within the MEA market and partner ecosystem.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and driving opportunities from initial engagement through execution.
• Able to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing and other international teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages relevant to the MEA region are an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and results-driven approach.

• A high-impact role with direct influence on the growth of our MEA business.
• Opportunity to build and shape strategic partnerships in an important growth region.
• High level of ownership and visibility within our international organization.
• Close collaboration with regional and global Sales, Marketing and Partner teams.
• Competitive compensation including performance-based incentives.
• Flexible and international working environment with opportunities to develop and grow.
