Working closely with Sales, Brand, Localisation, Events and external partners, the Channel Marketing Coordinator will plan and execute campaigns, product launches, promotions and partner marketing activity that support demand generation, sell-through and brand marketing objectives.

The role will manage both proactive marketing plans and reactive partner requirements, prioritising activity according to commercial opportunity, product priorities and regional focuses.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the local Sales team to identify commercial opportunities, aligning marketing activity with revenue and sell-through priorities.

• Confidently oversee multiple brands and partners, implementing efficiencies and prioritisation methods to maximise impact.
• Develop and/or adapt proactive marketing plans that align with regional strategies and individual brand objectives.
• Work with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, FGEMEA and Head of Marketing, FGEMEA to understand regional priorities, devising and executing suitable campaigns in collaboration with partners.
• Support the regional Events Manager in the planning and execution of key local events, including logistics and on-site delivery, particularly in the DACH and BNLX regions.
• Work with our Localisation Manager to ensure global and regional campaign assets are tailored for German-language markets and meet local partner requirements.
• Develop relationships with local-language media partners to secure PR, editorial and promotional opportunities that support brand and product awareness.
• Work alongside Brand Managers to build relationships with local artists, creators and influencers, identifying opportunities to support product demand and brand awareness.

Essential experience & skills:

• Fluent written and spoken German and English - additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong project and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail/e-commerce environments and the principles of strong brand representation.
• Experience supporting events and/or partner activations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally.

Personal attributes:
