We’re partnered with a growing structural engineering consultancy delivering projects across London, Kent and Essex. Their portfolio spans residential and commercial developments through to complex industrial and infrastructure schemes.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to recruit a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their team.

You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and structural design through to construction, site inspections and technical sign-off. Working closely with the Directors and wider design team, you’ll have the autonomy to lead projects, support junior engineers and develop towards Senior Engineer and Associate Director level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading structural projects from concept through to completion
- Producing calculations and designs across steel, concrete, masonry and timber structures
- Using structural analysis software such as Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, ETABS or similar
- Managing client relationships, project budgets, programmes and technical delivery
- Carrying out site visits, structural inspections and assessments of existing buildings
- Coordinating with architects, contractors and other consultants to deliver practical, buildable designs
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, Eurocodes and CDM 2015
- Reviewing and checking designs, mentoring junior engineers and supporting business development
