Job Description Summary

This is not your typical restaurant management role.

You’ll be part of a team at one of St. Louis’ most iconic and historic hotels, located in the heart of the Central West End. Our property is known for its character, energy, and variety of dining experiences, giving you exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment that keeps things interesting.

Just as important, you’ll work alongside a supportive and genuinely caring team that values collaboration, respect, and development. We take pride in creating an environment where leaders are hands-on, ideas are welcomed, and people enjoy coming to work. As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will partner with leadership to oversee daily restaurant operations and actively support, develop, and motivate the team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service, maintaining standards, and ensuring both guest satisfaction and team engagement.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, connecting with guests, and building a strong team culture.
