The CEO will inherit extraordinary assets: a world-class chairman, an established government relationship network, a proven AI-driven product, and a mission that is measurably changing children's lives. The challenge is to scale these assets into an exit-ready, institutionally credible organisation and to lead the Series A fundraise that funds that ambition.

• Provide monthly financial reporting, operating analytics, and strategic progress updates to the Board and investor group.

• Drive and own the full corporate governance framework including financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit standards across India, UAE, and US jurisdictions.

• Serve as the primary external face of the company to media, governing bodies, government ministries, and strategic partners.

• Lead and close the Series A institutional round including investor targeting, pitch preparation, diligence management, and term negotiation.

• Prepare the company for Series B in H1 2027 including financial readiness, governance standards, and institutional investor relationships.

• Own capital allocation decisions, P&L management, and EBITDA trajectory toward profitability.

• Strengthen and grow the India B2G franchise deepening relationships with national ministries, state education departments, and NGO partners.

• Execute the Saudi Arabia market entry building on existing groundwork to establish the organisation as the preferred school transformation partner.

• Drive the AI tech platform evolution from current best-in-class partner solutions to a custom LLM for education by 2027-28.

• Build and lead a world-class executive team across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience working with Indian government ministries at scale at state or national level.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for ministry engagements, national policy forums, and ground-level operations.

• 15+ years of senior executive experience with a minimum of 5 years at CEO, MD, or equivalent P&L-owning level.

• Experience in a multi-national company environment with demonstrated understanding of international corporate governance standards.

• Degree in Finance, Technology, or Business from an internationally recognised institution.
