About LSports
LSports is a B2B sports data and technology company serving sportsbook operators worldwide. Our ARENA360 platform brings together TRADE, DEFEND, BOOST and ENGAGE, alongside LTS (LSports Trading Services), our managed trading service.
Why this role, why now
Marketing is becoming an independent executive function at LSports. We are looking for a leader who will own how the company reads its market: where the next growth opportunities are, which markets and segments to prioritize, and how the ARENA360 story wins them. The role combines market strategy and marketing leadership, and shapes long-term company direction together with the CEO, CRO and VP Product. Reports to the CEO, member of the executive team, based in Ashkelon.
What you will own
- Market and opportunity strategy: Identify and size new markets, segments and product opportunities. Build the business case and bring clear go/no-go recommendations to the executive team.
- Long-term marketing strategy: Build a multi-year strategy and translate it into an annual plan, budget and KPIs.
- Platform positioning: Move from product-by-product messaging to one clear ARENA360 platform narrative.
- Pipeline contribution: Run ABM and demand programs built for a focused enterprise ICP, with targets shared with Sales.
- Team and budget: Lead and grow the marketing team and own the global marketing budget.
What success looks like in 12 months
A prioritized opportunity map agreed by the executive team, with at least one new market or segment moving into execution. A multi-year marketing strategy and an annual plan with measurable pipeline contribution. One platform positioning used consistently across Sales, Product and Marketing.
How you work
- Decision-making: You decide well with incomplete data, balance growth, profitability and risk, and adjust fast.
- Builder: You bring working frameworks for planning, budgeting, OKRs, hiring and team performance, and you have scaled directors and team leads.
- Partnership: You build strong working relationships with Sales, Product and Customer Success, and lead distributed teams.
- Resilience: You have led through hyper-growth bottlenecks as well as downturns or key customer losses.
