Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy and execution at Micro Green Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. (MGHF), a fast-growing NBFC-HFC focused on housing finance and mortgage lending. This role owns the full technology stack - from architecture and infrastructure to digital lending platforms - and will play a key part in scaling our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

Build scalable architecture for loan origination, underwriting, and servicing platforms.

Oversee development of LMS, CRM, mobile apps, and customer portals.

Drive innovation in digital onboarding, credit scoring, and alternate data usage.

Implement data-driven systems for credit risk and underwriting.

Ensure robust cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Build and lead a high-performance technology team.
