**OVERVIEW:
**SILTT is seeking a broadly skilled Civil Engineer to support advanced data center and telecommunications infrastructure programs. In this role, you will serve as a technical force multiplier to both SILTT and our customers reviewing design documents, supporting constructability, and helping drive coordinated project delivery. Rather than authoring original designs, your focus will be on evaluating and validating third-party engineering packages for quality, compliance, and suitability to site-specific conditions. This role demands a clear thinker, a detail-oriented reviewer, and a collaborator able to bridge engineering with real-world implementation.
**WHO WE ARE:
**At SILTT we’re pushing the limits of infrastructure innovation in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry. From delivering world-class modular data center facilities to all-hours, 365-day operational response and disaster recovery, our multi-functional team of experts are force multipliers across the infrastructure landscape. We pride ourselves in leading from the front to advise, assist, and accompany our clients through their toughest technological and operational challenges. We always deliver results (we spell it “re-SILTTs”)!
WHY SILTT?
**At SILTT, “objective-driven” means first being “people-driven”. As a small business we know that the ability to achieve our mission demands we take care of our own by providing our team members with a variety of benefits that allow them to live fulfilling, healthy, balanced, meaningful lives. That’s why we believe in offering paid healthcare, ultra-competitive 401K matching, accrued paid time off and fixed holiday leave, continuous learning and professional development incentives, and promote a sustainable work-life balance.
**A CALL TO ACTION:
**As SILTT continues to grow in the world of critical infrastructure, we are seeking a capable and driven Civil Engineer to support the planning and delivery of high-performance data center and telecommunications facilities. This role spans a wide range of responsibilities from early due diligence and utility coordination to storm water management, grading, and constructability reviews. This position is essential to ensuring engineering solutions are technically sound, field-ready, and aligned with the fast-paced demands of modern infrastructure delivery.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE:
**In this role, you will apply civil engineering expertise to support the planning, design, and delivery of technically complex infrastructure, primarily data centers and telecommunications facilities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
