Client Manager

Hi there, thanks for stopping by. We're glad to have gotten your attention, but we'll be thrilled when you apply. We're on the hunt for a new member of our team. We're eager to find someone who is passionate about what they do, and is excited for a new journey with our fantastic firm.

About Carbon.

We’re not your average professional services firm. Carbon launched in 2014 with the goal to shake up the industry and change the level of service that small and medium business owners received. We combine all the core business services in the one place (from accounting to bookkeeping to finance to insurance and everything in between), bringing together some of the best experts in the industry so our clients can focus on doing more of what they love.

What it means to be a Carbonite.

Our Carbonites are our best asset, and we’ve grown from a small team of 13 people in a single office in Perth to over 300 Carbonites nationwide, with offices in multiple states. A key element in our plan of world domination is having the best people possible to help us along the way. This is where you come in.

As our next Carbonite, you’ll be joining a team at multiple levels. You’ll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself. You’ll also be joining our national ranks, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off of for the next team activity.

Empowering our Carbonites is a big part of our mission and vision, so we focus on helping our Carbonites learn and grow, developing their careers in the direction that they want to go in.

About the role.

As a valuable member of our Bookkeeping & CFO Services team, our new Client Manager will deliver high-quality bookkeeping service to a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries. Experience managing a diverse client base is essential for this role.

We’re looking for someone who is eager and willing to learn new skills and display initiative. Experience in Xero and MYOB is required, as is the ability to quickly learn new software as we’re a business known to embrace new technologies. You’ll need to be able to problem-solve, have a strong attention to detail, and display high levels of accuracy.
