About the role

We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Morrisons Media Group.

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery and development of key in-store media workstreams, with ownership of POS compliance and a team of junior colleagues. Working across MMG, Morrisons and third-party partners, you’ll strengthen operational delivery, improve compliance and use performance insight to maximise value for Morrisons, suppliers and customers.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end POS compliance solution across the Supermarket estate, delivering effectively today while shaping its future development.

• Manage third-party compliance partners, monitoring performance and service standards and holding partners accountable for delivery.

• Use compliance data and insight to identify issues, address root causes and drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate activity across MMG teams, Morrisons stakeholders and external partners, resolving challenges and managing escalations.

• Progress improvements to processes, reporting, data and partner technology, including opportunities such as API integrations and AI quality-control checks.

• Work closely with Client and Campaign teams to identify compliance risks and develop effective solutions that protect supplier investment and MMG income.

• Manage four junior colleagues, ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with commercial agreements, approved media plans and deadlines.

What you'll bring

• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

• Strong experience in retail media, particularly POS and in-store media.

• Confidence and credibility when working with senior stakeholders.

• Line management or mentoring experience.

We're looking for people who enjoy the buzz of change, the satisfaction of building something better, and the joy of working with a close-knit, values-driven team. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change with energy, this could be your right role.

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.
