Client Success Manager

Client Success Manager — Bilingual (Spanish/English), Full-Time, Remote

Own the relationship with +30 US home-service contractors. Keep them winning, growing, and staying with us.

WHO WE ARE
MBCC Solutions helps Hispanic home-service contractors in the US (remodelers, roofers, concrete, landscaping, painting) get consistent, qualified appointments. We run their ads, build their systems, and book appointments for them.

WHAT YOU GET

• $1,200 - $1,500 month base + commissions and bonuses (realistic total: $1,500–$1,800/month)
• 10% commission on upsells you close, plus bonuses for referrals, reviews, and client retention
• Full-time, long-term, 100% remote, US business hours
• A structured training program and a senior CSM to learn from
• Room to grow into Client Success Lead

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run onboarding, launch, and check-in calls with new and existing clients
• Be your clients' main point of contact on Slack and Zoom: proactive updates, wins, and clear expectations
• Read each client's results (leads, cost per lead, contact rate, appointments, closes) and spot problems before the client does
• Figure out where things are breaking (lead quality, follow-up speed, or the client's own closing) and assign the fix to the right team member
• Handle tough conversations and save clients who are thinking about leaving
• Identify and close upsells, and ask for referrals and reviews
• Keep client notes, tasks, and statuses updated in Monday.com

You won't be building systems or running ads. Our media buyer and ops team handle the technical work. Your job is the client.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in sales, appointment setting, account management, or client success, ideally with US clients
• Native Spanish and professional English. You'll talk to Hispanic contractors every day.
• You understand (or have sold to) contractors and local service businesses
• Excellent communicator on camera and in writing: clear, warm, and professional
• Comfortable reading numbers and explaining them to a business owner in plain language
• Proactive and organized: you can juggle 30+ clients without dropping anything
• Resilient: a frustrated client doesn't shake you
• Coachable: you want to learn our way of doing things

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience at a marketing or lead-gen agency
• Familiar with Meta Ads metrics and GoHighLevel
• Commission-based sales experience

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

• You've only done corporate customer service and never been accountable for retention or revenue
• You avoid difficult conversations
• You're working with other clients and can't give us full-time focus
