Client Success Specialist
On-Site | Full-Time | $60,000–$65,000/year | Fort Lauderdale, FL
About the Role
You'll be the person our clients hear from every week. Rocki Media is a new consulting business that helps established companies sell more, and you'll own the relationship with each of them: running a standing weekly check-in, walking their leadership through the numbers, and explaining what we're doing to move those numbers up.
This isn't a customer service desk, and it isn't a cold-calling sales job. It's a client-facing role for someone who's comfortable in a room with business owners and executives, can turn a sales report into a clear story, and can deliver a tough month without flinching. You'll also spot where clients need more from us and help them get it. We're early, so you'll help shape how we work with clients from day one.
Relevant Backgrounds: Client Success · Account Management · Customer Success · Key Accounts · Agency Account Management · Business Consulting · B2B Sales · Sales Operations

- Prepare clear, simple reports and agendas before every meeting
- Bring client feedback back to our team and make sure it gets acted on
- Spot renewal and growth opportunities and raise them at the right time
