Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare (Fixed-Term)

G’day, we’re Mosh & Moshy

We’re an Australian-founded and owned digital health platform on a mission to help people achieve the best possible health outcomes through best-in-class health programs. We know traditional healthcare isn’t always meeting the needs of modern patients, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our programs across hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management are easy, accessible and completely discreet.

More than a job

There’s nothing better than knowing the work you’re doing matters and makes a genuine difference. We’re pretty lucky that, at Mosh & Moshy, this is the norm rather than the exception. We're looking for a Clinical Talent Partner to join us for a fixed-term to help grow our clinical team - attracting and securing exceptional nurses and doctors, all while creating an epic candidate experience that reflects who we are as a business.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Own clinical hiring from briefing through to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every step

• Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture pipelines of clinical talent across specialties

• Partner closely with clinical hiring managers to make sure job specs reflect real clinical and regulatory needs

• Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team

• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process

• Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market

Experience you’ll bring

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring (agency or in-house)

• Working knowledge of clinical registration and compliance requirements, or the aptitude and appetite to learn quickly

• Comfort juggling a high volume of candidates and requisitions, with a sharp eye for detail

• Understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building

• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics

What’s on offer

We support a mix of in-office, hybrid and remote working across Australia. You’ll also enjoy:

• Up to 100% off Mosh/y product discounts

• Access to on-demand training and development

• Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave

• Two additional days of annual leave each year

• Purpose leave for mental health or learning and development

• EAP and wellbeing programs

• ClassPass discounts

Better, together

We value diversity of thought, background, and perspective. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Come help us shape the future of healthcare at Mosh & Moshy!

P.S. We love a good cover letter. The more you, the better.
