Job Description: Cluster Manager | Banca Channel (Health Insurance)

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee health insurance operations through the Bancassurance channel. This role is pivotal in managing multiple bank branches, fostering strong relationships with banking partners, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive health insurance sales across the assigned cluster of bank branches.
• Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and key bank stakeholders.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to generate quality business.
• Monitor branch productivity, conversion ratios, and overall sales performance.
• Train and motivate bank staff on health insurance products, sales techniques, and lead generation.
• Ensure timely resolution of partner and customer service issues.
• Maintain high levels of policy persistence, business quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company compliance policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in sales planning and execution.
• Experience in the Insurance/BFSI sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance products and sales techniques.
