The CNA also monitors and reports changes in patient condition, helps maintain a clean and comfortable care environment, and supports the nursing team in delivering excellent patient care.
This position is primarily based in the Hospital. However, the CNA will have opportunities to cross-train and provide support in our Nursing Home as staffing and operational needs arise. This flexibility allows team members to broaden their skills and gain experience caring for patients and residents in different healthcare settings.
