Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with strong expertise in Workato, Dell Boomi, and/or MuleSoft to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integrations. This role involves leading the implementation of automated workflows across cloud and on-premise systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and deployment of integration solutions, APIs, and automated workflows using Workato, Dell Boomi, and/or MuleSoft.

• Build and manage integrations between SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft SharePoint with legacy systems.

• Oversee API-led integrations, data transformation, and EDI processes.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure proper error handling, logging, and integration governance.

• Maintain detailed documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and configurations.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent.

• 8+ years of experience in IT/software engineering with a strong focus on integrations.

• Hands-on experience with at least one of : Workato, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.

• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL/JDBC.

• Experience in data mapping, transformation, and EDI integrations.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java.

• Ability to work in overlapping hours with US teams.

Preferred :

• Dell Boomi/Mulesoft or Workato Certifications.

• Experience with AI-based integrations or agentic AI platforms.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
